HAWAR CENTER specializes in the process of research, selection, screening, sourcing, licensing, production and management of In-flight Entertainment Programmes and movies. We serve various international and major airlines of the Middle East region. Audio and video programmes in various languages and specifically tailored to each airline’s requirement and specifications are assembled for the relevant routes.

Hawar’s production contribution to each programme includes acquisition of transmission rights, editing, compilation, recording, duplication, tapes management and delivery to airline on cassettes ready for transmission.

The production and graphics division provides its creativity and expertise to the IFE division to create the Airline logos, intros and programme links and teasers. The duplication labs support Hi8, VHS, DVD formats in NTSC as well as PAL system. As the company has in-house labs and facilities for editing, graphics, animation and duplication it proves to be a one-stop-shop for all the requirements of the airlines. Hawar Center also provides complete AVOD Media Content and Management services for the Audio Video on Demand systems.

In the year 2003, HAWAR CENTER ventured into the distribution of Arabic films for worldwide airlines with a vision to providing the quality entertainment films to the audience. This led to further expansions and added international airlines client base including other IFE Content Service providers.

Today HAWAR CENTER is one of the largest distributors of Arabic Films with a vast number of films in their library which includes classic and new box office releases. It was quite a challenge to establish the network in the largest Arabic film industry from Egypt and at the same time fulfil the demands of the clients in a structured, timely and professional manner. But this challenge has immensely helped the company for its consistent growth. The company distributes films from various reputed banners and production houses.

As the company fully comprehends the Arabic culture and regional requirements, it is able to create the airline edited versions of the movies and subtitles in English at their in-house labs. It is committed upon to provide the best of Arabic films for the airline industry.

Hawar Center team designs, compiles and publishes In-flight Entertainment Brochures and Magazines, which give passengers a comprehensive overview of the audio and video programmes on offer from the airline.

Ms. Eman Kooheji who is bi-lingual with fluency in Arabic and English language manages the translations and compilations of the publicity materials. "We handle multi-cultural programmes from East to West and Middle East, which makes the world of IFE very interesting." says Eman. "Our staffs from various countries and having a command over the language provide us a big support in preparing multi-lingual programming."

Hawar Center offers one among the best state-of-the-art encoding facilities to suite the various inflight systems used by various airlines. Our team with expertise in digital compression and encoding can encode for all of the audio and video formats currently available.
 
We have a large-scale duplication facility in various formats and can carry out conversions onto international recording/ playback systems. Thus producing broadcast quality programmes. Digital and non-linear editing facilities are available with Avid and Betacam SP equipment respectively. Digital mixers provide a variety of special effects.

Hawar Center offers a wide variety of high-end CGI services by combining all visual styles and elements, from character design, modeling, animating and rendering to tracking 3D elements into live action footages; using industry standards 3D and 2D software like Autodesk Maya, 3ds max, Adobe After Effects, Zbrush etc. to achieve the desired looks and styles.

3D Animation
